Terms and Conditions — TemplatesCenter

Kaushal Kadariya is the person behind TemplatesCenter, and these terms describe the deal between you and him. What you may do with the files, what happens when you pay, and where responsibility sits. Plain wording rather than a wall of legal text.

Your account

Give accurate details when you sign up, keep your password to yourself, and never share access in a way that could be used against other users.

Digital resources

Templates, components, and downloads arrive with a license for use inside your own projects. Reselling them as a standalone product is off the table.

Purchases

Paid plans follow the price, access length, renewal rules, and refund terms shown at checkout or on the product page itself.

Fair use

Scraping, repackaging, attacking the service, slipping past payment, or uploading harmful and illegal material all end the agreement.

Using TemplatesCenter

Opening an account, downloading a file, or paying for a plan means you accept these terms together with the Privacy Policy. Nothing extra needs signing.

Accounts and sign-in

Activity under your account is yours to answer for. Signing in through Google or GitHub shares only the profile those providers release, your name, email address, and avatar.

Licensing

Files may go into your own builds or into work you deliver to a client, unless a specific product says otherwise. Reselling, republishing, or bundling them as a rival template pack, UI kit, or component library is not allowed.

Payments and refunds

A third-party processor handles the money. Whether a refund applies depends on the product, the plan, the purchase state, and the law where you live. If a charge looks wrong, send the order details over and it will be looked at.

Content you submit

Whatever you upload, paste, generate, or send stays yours. TemplatesCenter touches it only to deliver the feature you asked for, to support you, to defend the service, or to meet a legal duty.

Service changes

Parts of the platform get improved, reworked, paused, or retired over time. Accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk may be restricted or closed.

No guarantees

Everything is offered as-is. Reading, testing, and confirming that a file suits your project before you ship it stays your own responsibility.

Questions about these terms

Unsure about a license, a charge, an account limit, or what counts as fair use? Send the question over and Kaushal Kadariya will answer it directly.
